Fiona Cohen

Fiona Cohen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and employee experience. Currently serving as VP of People Experience at Mews since January 2022, Fiona leads various teams including People Business Partners and People Operations. Prior to this role, Fiona held significant positions at Tinyclues, where as VP People, the focus was on enhancing employee experience across international offices while driving cultural evolution. Fiona's career also includes HR management at PrestaShop, where the HR function was built from the ground up, and contributions at Twenga that included developing performance management and talent acquisition strategies. Fiona Cohen holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on HR, Finance, and Marketing from HEC Paris.
