Niklas Holmqvist

Niklas Holmqvist is an experienced professional in customer success and account management within the hospitality and travel sectors. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success for EMEA and previously APAC at Mews since May 2021, Niklas has a strong background with Expedia Group from May 2010 to December 2020, where roles included Area Manager for Australia, Vietnam, and Scandinavia, overseeing teams and optimizing engagement for numerous hotel partners. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Director of Sales at Radisson Blu, where Niklas led operations for sales and reservations teams. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Science in Service Management from Lund University, completed in June 2005.
