Richard Hicks FCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people advisory services, particularly within mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Global Senior People Partner - M&A at Mews since November 2023, Richard previously held the position of Partner in People Advisory Services at EY from January 2023 to November 2023, where responsibilities included HR transactions and workforce transformation for private equity clients. Richard's career also includes roles as Director of EMEA HR - Strategy & Transactions at DXC Technology, Director of EMEA HR Business Development at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and other HR positions at HP, Electronic Data Systems, and James Hull Associates. Richard holds an MSc in Human Resources and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
