Thomas Kelly is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the culinary and food industry. As a Co-Founder of Mexicue since September 2010, Thomas has been instrumental in blending Mexican flavors with American favorites. In addition, Thomas founded The Chili Lab in January 2009, focusing on producing content and products that highlight the diverse flavors of chili peppers worldwide. Thomas holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies from NYU Stern School of Business and has furthered culinary knowledge with a degree in Culinary Nutrition from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Prior educational achievements include studies at ECOLE RITZ ESCOFFIER and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
