Tihomir Todorov

Tihomir Todorov is an experienced production and quality management professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the beverage industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Mexon Ltd. since October 2022, Tihomir is responsible for leading Production, Planning, and Supply teams, as well as managing the implementation of production and supply management policies. Prior to this role, Tihomir held various positions at Kamenitza AD, including Country QFS & EHS Compliance Manager, where full accountability for quality and safety compliance was managed, and Brewing Production Manager. Tihomir's earlier experience includes roles as Brewing Supervisor at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Technologist at both NOVA TRADE LTD and PepsiCo. Tihomir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Beverage Technology from the University of Food Technologies in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and completed secondary education in Technological and Microbiological Control at the Technical School of Chemical Industry in Shumen, Bulgaria.
