Amber M.'s work experience begins in 2006, when they joined Silicon Valley Technical Staffing as a Selling Branch Manager. Amber was later promoted to oversee multiple branch operations and manage client relationships. In this role, they developed strategic plans and coached recruitment professionals.

In 2015, Amber joined Meyer Sound as a Contract Corporate Recruiter before transitioning to the position of HR Business Partner. Amber then served as a Human Resources Manager, leading the HR team and handling various responsibilities such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Currently, Amber holds the role of Human Resources Director at Meyer Sound, where they are responsible for defining and delivering company culture, leadership development, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Amber is involved in analyzing HR programs, providing support to the executive team, sourcing top talent, and creating talent retention programs. Additionally, they oversee the day-to-day HR functions and drives continuous improvement in processes and systems.
