Fidel Rodríguez

Fidel Rodríguez is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager for Mezmo, a DevOps log management solution, Fidel has held several significant roles including Global Recruiting Manager at Spin, where initiatives contributed to the nation's first stationless mobility permit system in collaboration with the Seattle Department of Transportation. Prior experience includes positions at Paradigm Strategy Inc. as a People Operations and DEI Advocate, and as a Recruiter at Nelson Staffing. Fidel is also a recognized leader in promoting Latinx representation as an Employee Resource Group Lead at Deputy. Military experience includes serving as a Specialist in the United States Army Reserve. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of the Pacific, Fidel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
