Tim Silva has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tim started their career as an Interactive Designer at Archetype in 2011, where they worked on various projects involving information architectures, wireframes, visual designs, and front-end prototypes. Archetype was later acquired by Intel, where Tim transitioned to the role of Senior Interactive Designer. At Intel, they focused on the user interface of the Set-top Box product and developed mobile and tablet applications.
In 2012, Tim joined Encide, a design community that they founded with a global group of friends. Encide offered a platform for creatives to engage in meaningful discussions and provide feedback. Tim managed various aspects of the community, including the blog, shop, forum, and chat. Tim continued their work at Encide until 2018.
