Matt Solters

Matt Solters has over 20 years of experience in finance, working in various roles at Hewlett-Packard (HP), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Micro Focus, and MFGS, Inc. Matt'smost recent role was as Senior Sales Operations Manager at MFGS, Inc., where they managed all phases of quote to cash and channel partner program management for software subscription and support revenues totaling $155M annually. Prior to that, they were Senior Finance Manager at Micro Focus, responsible for managing the financial reporting and analysis function in support of the Micro Focus Government Solutions software sales organization. At HPE, they were Americas Regional Financial Controller, responsible for financial reporting and analysis in support of the HPE software sales and marketing organization. At HP, they held several finance roles, including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Account Manager, and Credit and Collections Analyst. Overall, they have extensive experience in managing revenues, costs, and financial reporting in complex, global organizations.

Matt Solters has an extensive education history. Matt received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Verne from 1988-1991. Matt then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento, with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations, from 1994-1998. Prior to their time at the University of La Verne, they briefly attended the University of San Diego in 1987-1988, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Matt has also obtained additional certifications, including a Licensed Fiduciary from the California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau in December 2022 and a National Certified Guardian from the Center for Guardianship Certification (CGC) in October 2022.
