Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts has extensive experience in the technology industry spanning over 30 years. Steve started their career as a systems engineer at CSC in 1988 and then worked at various companies, including Information Builders Inc., Tripwire Inc., Configuresoft, Triumfant Inc., PKWARE, and Informatica, in different sales and technical roles. Steve has experience supporting sales activities, working closely with account managers, and providing presales and post-sales support for BI and integration tools. Their responsibilities included demonstrating the value of software, responding to complex integration requirements, and supporting the implementation and configuration of software on various platforms. Steve most recently worked at MFGS, Inc., where they were responsible for speeding up delivery, ensuring security, and quality at every stage of the application lifecycle as an Account Manager for Micro Focus Application Delivery Management software. Before MFGS, Steve was a Senior Solution Architect at Micro Focus Government Solutions.

Steve Roberts attended Virginia Tech where they studied Statistics and Mathematics. Steve also received a Master's of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2013, they obtained certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)². Steve also holds certifications in CEH and another CISSP from (ISC)².
