Bill Kearns

Bill Kearns has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bill began their career in 1984 as a Group Merchant for Sears Holdings Corporation's Home Fashions department and held various positions within the company, including Store Manager, Regional Business Manager, Director of Strategy Planning (Home Fashions and Apparel), and District General Manager. In 2005, they joined Spring Air Mattress Corporation as the Vice President for the Chicago region. In 2008, they transitioned to Montage Furniture Services, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region. In 2017, Kearns started their own consulting business and also worked as a Management Consultant for a brief time. Bill is currently semi-retired and working as a Management Consultant.

Bill Kearns received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Pontifical College Josephinum in the years 1966 to 1970.
