Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in machining and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at MFT-CKF, Inc. since April 2022, Mike has concurrently held the position of Machine Shop Manager at UFP Technologies, Inc. since April 2016, overseeing tooling shop operations and maintenance. Previous roles include Project Manager at Creative Machining Technologies, LLC, where project scheduling and progress tracking were key responsibilities, and Machinist at Schult Engineering, focusing on the setup and operation of CNC mills. Mike began their career as a Mold Technician at Custom Pak, specializing in the machining of components for blow mold tooling. Currently enrolled in a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program at Eastern Iowa Community College, Mike continues to enhance skills in business management and operations.
