Vanessa Murden

Vanessa joined M&G from Lloyds Banking Group where she held the role of Managing Director, Customer Services. She is an experienced leader, having held a series of senior operations roles at Lloyds since joining the bank in 2016.

She previously held roles at American Express, Western Union Business Solutions and Travelex Global Payments. Vanessa is also a non-executive director of Homes England, the UK Government’s housing accelerator.

At M&G plc, Vanessa holds responsibility for Operations, Technology, Transformation and Change, M&G Global Services and Procurement.
