Marc Sirvent

Angiologist & Vascular Surgeon at Mútua General de Catalunya

Marc Sirvent is currently pursuing a PhD in Surgery and Morphological Sciences at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, with a focus on angioplasty outcomes relating to femoropopliteal arterial disease. Simultaneously, Marc serves as an Angiologist and Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon at the General University Hospital of Granollers and leads the Diabetic Foot Unit. Additionally, Marc is an Editorial Committee Member for Revista Pie Diabético and has held various roles in prestigious medical institutions, including Associate Professor of Medicine at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Director of the Peripheral Arterial Disease Program at Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol, and Vascular Surgery Resident at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau. Marc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine from Universitat de Lleida, where an Extraordinary Degree Award was obtained, and earned the Fellow of the European Board of Vascular Surgery (FEBVS) designation in 2012.
