Timeka Smith

Timeka Smith is a seasoned data scientist and founding partner at The Ellevate Collective LLC since January 2021, while also serving as Founder and Principal at Perrynorm Analytics. Currently employed as Data Scientist 2 at MGIC and previously held the role of Credit Quantitative Analyst II at Kohl's, where expertise in statistical modeling and data mining was applied to enhance revenue and reduce losses. Timeka's prior experience includes positions in data and analytics at Northwestern Mutual, where contributions were made to performance metrics and operational efficiencies, as well as tutoring at Strong Minds LLC. Timeka holds a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Howard University.
