Simon Leong

Simon Leong is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in purchasing management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Purchasing at MGM MACAU since October 2007, Simon oversees procurement for operational goods, food and beverage services, and new developments. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Purchasing and Purchasing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation. Prior to MGM MACAU, Simon was the Purchasing Manager at Global International Hotel Management Co., managing supply chain operations for multiple hotel properties. Simon holds an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Travel Industry Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
