Ruben Garcia has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Assistant Executive Room Chef at MGM International's More Buffet since 2003. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Hammerheads’ Sea Food, overseeing menu creation and food costing, and Assistant Executive Chef at Scott's Seafood, focusing on menus, food cost, and inventory management. Ruben also held the position of Executive Chef at Sodexo Marriott, with responsibilities in quality control, menus, and food cost, and at Palo Alto Joe's Gourmet Restaurant, where daily menu innovations and quality control were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a significant role as Executive Chef at Al Forno's Ristorante. Ruben holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Escuela Secundaria Numero Uno in Mexico.
