Don McNellis

Don McNellis possesses extensive experience in the casino and hospitality industry, serving in various leadership roles since 2000. Currently an Executive Casino Host at MGM National Harbor since February 2020, previous positions include Executive Casino Host at Horseshoe Casino Baltimore and Maryland Live Casino, as well as Director of Player Development at Tropicana Casino & Hotel. Don also held managerial positions at matchbox food group and Trump Entertainment, contributing to a wide range of operations in both gaming and dining contexts. Educationally, Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Stockton University and an Associate degree from Gettysburg College.
