Cynthia So has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Asian Marketing at MGM Resorts International since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Vice President of Player Development - Regional at PENN Entertainment, Inc. from August 2020 to June 2022. Cynthia co-founded and served as Senior Consultant for Golden Ventures LLC between December 2019 and August 2020. Previous roles at MGM Resorts International include Vice President of International Marketing at MGM National Harbor from May 2016 to May 2019, and various positions in Far East Marketing at the Aria Hotel & Casino and Mirage Hotel & Casino over a span of 13 years, starting as Marketing Executive at Mirage Casino Hotel LLC in July 2001.
