Dileep Kovela

Dileep Kovela is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Software Engineering at MGM Resorts International since January 2019, Dileep has previously held positions including Software Engineering Manager and Application Architect Lead. Prior experience includes senior software development roles at Real Soft, Inc. for CVS Health and Voya Financial, as well as positions at OSLO SOLUTIONS and Wipro Limited, where Dileep contributed to projects for major clients such as T-Mobile and FedEx. Dileep began a career in software engineering at GE Energy and Indus Business Systems Limited after completing a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
