Matthew Law

Matthew Law is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel at MGM Resorts International since November 2018, Matthew manages legal support for significant corporate initiatives, including M&A activities, property development, and the expansion of online sports betting and digital content. Previously, Matthew held the position of Vice President and Legal Counsel, providing comprehensive legal oversight for MGM's hospitality and global development efforts. Prior to MGM, Matthew was a Partner at Blackmar, Principe & Schmelter, focusing on real estate and business litigation for a diverse client base in California. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arizona.
