Michelle Jetzer

Michelle Jetzer, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Development & Management and Vice President of Human Resources at MGM Resorts International, with responsibilities including leading labor relations processes and managing a team to address grievances and arbitrations. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Aramark, including Human Resources Manager, and served as a part-time Human Resources Instructor at Madison Area Technical College. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Excalibur Hotel & Casino and providing consulting and coaching services through Solaris Consulting LLC. Michelle's educational background includes an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a BA in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
