Rick Jost

Rick Jost is an experienced human resources executive with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for MGM Resorts International, Jost has held various senior HR roles since joining the company in May 2019, including overseeing corporate divisions and luxury resorts in Las Vegas. Prior positions include leadership roles at Bellagio, The Mirage, and New York-New York Hotel & Casino, where Jost consistently managed human resources operations. Jost's foundational experience includes roles in employee relations and regional employment management with Paris Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment. Jost holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
