Jim Pendergast

Jim Pendergast is currently the Executive VP of Corporate Risk at MGO Systems. Jim has previously held positions as CEO & CFO of Paramount Structures Inc and Chief Executive Officer of FP Genetics Inc.

Jim has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Jim started their career in finance, before moving into corporate governance and risk management. Jim has a proven track record in both small and large businesses.

Jim is a strategic thinker and an effective communicator. Jim is able to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision making. Jim has a strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape and is well-connected in the business community.

Jim Pendergast has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Studies / Economics from Queen's University.
