Josh Slawski

Josh Slawski has a strong background in the distilling and bioenergy industry. Josh is currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering and Analytics and is also a Master Distiller at MGP Ingredients since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MGPI of Indiana, LLC, where they held the positions of Master Distiller and Process Engineering Manager from 2019 to 2022, and Assistant Plant Manager from 2016 to 2019. Before joining MGPI, Josh gained experience at Abengoa Bioenergy Biomass of Kansas as an Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016, and as an Assistant Operations Manager from 2011 to 2014. Josh also worked at Abengoa Bioenergy of Nebraska as a Shift Supervisor from 2010 to 2011.

Josh Slawski attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition, they obtained the Kansas Wastewater Operator level III certification from KDHE in August 2013.
