David Gervasi

David Gervasi is a Patent Agent with extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Currently employed at MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP since October 2020, David previously worked as an Intellectual Property Manager and Patent Agent at LSI Solutions from March 2018 to October 2020. David's career began at Xerox, where served as a Patent Agent from January 1995 to March 2018, holding registration as a USPTO Registered Agent since November 9, 2015. In this role, David focused on preparing and prosecuting US patent applications, primarily in chemistry, chemical engineering, and printing methods, with secondary expertise in printing systems and mechanical and electrical engineering. David holds a PhD in Chemistry from Clarkson University and an MS in Chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology.
