Antonio de Freitas

Antonio de Freitas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Finance at MHA Management Holdings since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Fund Analyst at GSA from July 2021 to September 2021. Antonio also has experience at BDO UK LLP, where they worked as an Assistant Manager - Valuations from May 2021 to July 2021, a Senior - Valuations from August 2020 to April 2021, and an Associate & Senior from February 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Antonio worked as a Tutor at Mesa Tutoring Solutions from February 2015 to October 2017, and participated in the KPMG International Case Study Competition at KPMG South Africa from December 2015 to April 2016.

Antonio de Freitas completed their education in a chronological order. Antonio first attended De La Salle Holy Cross College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a National Senior Certificate. During this time, they studied various subjects including Accounting, Geography, English, Life Orientation, Physical Science, Mathematics, and Applied.

After completing high school, Antonio attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2014 to 2017. Antonio pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree and focused on Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. In 2017, they also completed a brief program in Managerial Accounting and Finance Honours at the same university.

In 2019, Antonio enrolled at the CFA Institute to further their education in Investments and Securities. Antonio completed the CFA program in 2020, earning their CFA certification.
