Tamera Bhatti, MBA SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and leadership positions. Tamera currently holds the role of Chief People Officer at MHC Healthcare. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Tucson Medical Center, where they led a team focused on enhancing employee experiences and implementing people-centered HR programs. Before that, Tamera was the Vice President of Human Resources at Clinisys, where they supported an international employee base and introduced best practices to enhance HR outcomes. Tamera also served as the CHRO for Banner University Medical Group, where they led strategic HR functions and developed strategies to improve operational performance. Tamera's previous experience includes senior leadership positions in human resources at PeaceHealth and various companies in the Portland metro area.
