Kristen Tipton

Kristen Tipton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristen began their career at Humana in 2004, where they worked as an Analyst in Provider Service Relations. Their responsibilities included resolving issues, serving as a liaison between providers and the company, and managing staff recruitment and training. Kristen stayed with Humana until 2010.

From 2010 to 2018, Kristen worked at Southside Early Education, starting as a Regional Manager and later becoming the Director of Operations. Their main responsibilities included overseeing multiple early education centers in Kentucky, focusing on enrollment, quality, and performance.

In 2018, Kristen joined Conduent as a Business Analyst. Kristen worked in this role until 2021, helping the company with their business analysis needs.

Most recently, Kristen joined MHC Services Group in 2021. Kristen initially served as a Senior Analyst and then transitioned to the role of Senior Project Coordinator in October 2022.

Kristen Tipton obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Louisville. Kristen attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
