Jennifer Carbajal

Jennifer Carbajal is a dedicated professional with experience in community health engagement and coordination. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at MHP Salud since April 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Community Health Worker Coordinator at Caridad Center from July 2022 to February 2023, where oversight was provided for a team of over 10 community health workers. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Patient Care Coordinator and Executive Assistant at the Community Health Center of West Palm Beach from September 2021 to July 2022. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Health from Palm Beach Atlantic University, awarded in May 2021.
