Emma Rowe-Bland

Emma Rowe-Bland is an experienced professional in HR and consultancy services, currently serving as the Head of Technical and Analytical Services at MHR since December 2014, with additional roles including Acting Technical Services Manager and Consultancy Services Manager. Previously, Emma worked as a Consultant at Access Group and as a Senior Associate/HR Consultant at MidlandHR, where responsibilities included leading HR consulting for over 50 organizations and mentoring junior consultants. Emma began their career as an HR MIS Officer at the University of Central Lancashire, focused on HR policy guidance and management information reporting. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Central Lancashire.
