Jeremiah Soto

Jeremiah Soto is a seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience in case management and therapy. Currently, Jeremiah serves as a Behavioral Health Case Manager at both Managed Health Services and Centene Corporation since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Jeremiah worked as an Outpatient Therapist and Community-Based Therapist at Community Health Network from September 2016 to April 2021. Jeremiah's foundational experience includes serving as a Behavioral Health Tech at Columbus Behavioral Health from May 2009 to August 2015 and as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army from January 2000 to November 2004. Jeremiah holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Purdue University and a Psychology degree with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University-Purdue University.
