Florian Monsaint

Florian Monsaint has extensive experience in management and project delivery, currently serving as Business Unit Manager, Business Manager, and Delivery Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED since October 2016. Prior to that, Florian held the position of Chef de projet at Le Groupe La Poste, where responsibilities included reorganizing a mail distribution platform and leading a team through managerial and organizational changes. Previous roles at Le Groupe La Poste also featured participation as an Apprenti chef de projet, focusing on lean methodologies and project tools. Earlier experiences include production management at Techniferm and service roles in hospitality. Florian holds multiple degrees in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from IAE Caen and a DUT in Marketing from Université de Caen Normandie.
