Chad Peterson

Chad Peterson serves as the Director of Operations at M/I Homes, Inc. since August 2023, following a role as Division Manager at William Ryan Homes from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Seagate Development Group and Toll Brothers, as well as National Purchasing Manager at Thompson Thrift Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing the purchasing and preconstruction process. Additionally, Chad held the position of Division Manager at Hills Communities, managing operations for both multi-family and single-family projects, and was involved in strategic planning and budgeting during tenure at Toll Brothers. Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University, obtained from 1995 to 2000.
