Nora Morales

Nora Morales, Ed.D., currently serves as a Realtor at Cespedes Realty LLC since September 2023 and also holds the position of Tutoring Program Manager at the Miami-Dade Public Library System, where responsibilities include overseeing the Education Services unit and supervising a team of over 125 certified teachers to manage three successful systemwide programs. Prior experience includes roles as Branch Manager and Adjunct Professor in the Freshman Experience program at Miami Dade College from 2014 to 2021, as well as Associate Director of Learning Resources and Library Services Specialist for Miami-Dade County from 2001 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
