Julio Iranzo

Julio Iranzo serves as the CEO of Avellanar Inversiones since February 2011, a company specializing in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and exploitation of residential real estate, with professional experience across Germany, Spain, Poland, and the USA. Additionally, Julio has been a partner at Miami Fashion Week since May 2015, previously holding the position of President at Fashion Shows, LLC until 2020. Julio is also a founding partner of Madrid Town Inversiones, established in July 2013, focused on acquiring real estate asset packages from public institutions, banks, and savings banks, primarily operating in Madrid and the Costa del Sol. Julio holds a degree in business management from the University of Wolverhampton.
