Donna Smith

Donna Smith has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Donna has worked as a Director of Human Resources at various companies, including Miami Nation Enterprises, Buffalo Run Casino & Resort, and Staffing Plus of Springfield. Their responsibilities in these roles included talent strategy, benefits management, onboarding process redesign, and employee complaint mediation.
