Jacob Hoglund

Jacob Hoglund is a Junior Analyst at MIAX Exchange Group, with a diverse background in community leadership, sports medicine, healthcare quality improvement, and research. While studying at Colgate University, Jacob served as a Community Leader, facilitating communication between the Residential Life department and residents, and managing various responsibilities to ensure a safe living environment. Additionally, experience includes administering first aid as a Sports Medicine Assistant for the varsity football team and conducting research on a ratiometric fluorescent peptide for detecting synaptic zinc concentrations in collaboration with experienced peers and a professor. As an intern at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Jacob gained insights into healthcare quality improvement processes. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and English from Colgate University and a high school diploma from Biotechnology High School.
