Randy Foster

Randy Foster leads the development of middle and back office solutions that support MIAX exchange operations as well as exchanges and other market participants serviced through MIAX Technologies. In this role, he defines the technical strategy and oversees software development, delivery and operation of systems that support exchange business automation and operations, trade clearing and post-trade processing, help desk support, market regulation and surveillance, billing, data warehousing and business intelligence. Randy has over 18 years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact software solutions that address direct business needs with a focus on innovation, automation and operational efficiency.
