Maddie Rastetter Love

Maddie Rastetter Love has accumulated a diverse range of experiences in community development, customer service, and public engagement. Currently serving as the Economic and Community Development Liaison at MIBOR since February 2021, Maddie previously held roles as a Customer Service Manager at Hobby Lobby and as a Project Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Madison County, providing essential support to the Executive Director. Maddie's expertise in volunteer management was demonstrated during an internship at Habitat for Humanity, where oversight of over thirty-five volunteers was key. Additionally, Maddie completed an internship at the Sagamore Institute, focusing on community research, and worked as a Sales Associate at Mermaid Pool Spa & Patio. Notably, a campaign internship with Indiana State Representative Terri Austin showcased Maddie's skills in fundraising and community outreach. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Anderson University.
