Nancy Patterson

Nancy Patterson is the Broker/Owner of Platinum Realty Company LLC, with experience dating back to May 2004, focusing on assisting sellers and buyers in real estate transactions. Nancy has been an active member of the Professional Standards Committee at MIBOR since January 2009, addressing Code of Ethics complaints, and served as Chair of the MPAC Trustee at the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors in 2013, advocating for fair industry practices with local politicians. Nancy's prior involvement includes serving as Vice-President of Membership and being named Realtor of the Year in 2008 with the Women's Council of REALTORS-Indianapolis. Nancy began their real estate career as an Associate Broker at Schulte & Associates from 1997 to 2004, following educational pursuits at Indiana Business College and Ivy Tech Community College, where a certification in General Contracting was earned.
