Todd Ballou

Todd Ballou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at MIC Group, Todd has effectively led initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. Prior experience includes a Master Black Belt role at CEMEX, where an operational excellence program was implemented across the U.S., and various management positions at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing significant projects and large teams. Todd began the career as a Senior Consultant at EY, focusing on training and consulting methodologies, and as a Design Engineer at PAL Health Technologies. Todd holds a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
