Andy Rivera

Andy Rivera has extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, beginning as an Assistant Customer Service Manager at Bank of America from 1995 to 1997 and progressing to positions of increasing responsibility. Rivera worked as a Loan Officer at Loanworks, Inc. before advancing to National Title Officer/Manager at American Title Insurance Company from 1998 to 2001. Following this, Rivera helped establish the Claims Department at Safeco FIS from 2001 to 2006, transitioning from Claims Lead to Interim Claims Manager. Rivera then served as a Business Intelligence Developer and Analyst at Assurant Specialty Property until 2012. Since March 2014, Rivera has been a Business Systems Analyst III at Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona (MICA), utilizing a strong background in data analysis and project management. Educational credentials include studies at Fullerton College and Santa Ana College.
