Emma Mains is an experienced operations and sales professional with a strong background in the tourism and adventure sports industries. Currently serving as Lodge Operations Manager at Mica Heliskiing, Emma previously held the position of Operations Manager at The Copeland, where responsibilities included business setup, budgeting, and staff management, achieving an 11x growth in RevPar. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Consultant for the Canadian Avalanche Association, IT Project Manager at CAPOW Guiding Inc., and various sales positions at Selkirk Tangiers Heliskiing and Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing.
