Mpp Carley Matsumoto

Carley Matsumoto, MPP, is an experienced professional currently serving as Evaluation Manager at Minnesota Independence College and Community since June 2017. Formerly, Carley held the position of Board Chair at the Asian American Organizing Project from October 2019 to January 2021 and worked as an Evaluation Consultant for Full Spectrum Features from October 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, Carley was the Talent & Community Recruiter at Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts from June 2013 to August 2016 and served as a Copywriter for After Bruce PR & Marketing during the same period. Carley's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Education from Lewis & Clark College.
