Kerry Noblett

Kerry Noblett has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Kerry is currently the Chief People Officer at Michael J Lonsdale. Prior to this, they worked at Designer Group as an HR Director from May 2017 to April 2023 and as an HR Manager from March 2015 to May 2017. Before joining Designer Group, Kerry worked at Mercedes-Benz in the UK as an HR Business Partner (Designate) from September 2013 to March 2015 and as a Regional HR Advisor from January 2012 to September 2013. Kerry began their career in HR at Balfour Beatty plc, where they served as a Regional HR Advisor from November 2009 to January 2012 and as an HR Assistant from October 2007 to November 2009.

Kerry Noblett attended West Herts College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Post Graduate degree in MCIPD - Level 7. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Kerry attended the University of Bedfordshire and earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management.
