Amy Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and management. Currently serving as the Customer Relations Manager and Customer Service Supervisor at Michael Smith Inc. since July 2019, Amy also holds the position of Managing Partner at Fournir Collections, overseeing iconic furniture brands such as Dessin Fournir, Gerard, Therien, and Quatrian since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Amy owned Amati Aromatherapy from March 2018 to October 2020, where premium handmade aromatherapy products were crafted with the finest ingredients.
