Garridon Hankins

Garridon joins the foundation as a program officer, working with the United States portfolio of projects and helping to create opportunities for youth and their families nationally. Prior to joining the foundation, he worked with Dalberg Advisors where he provided strategic support to philanthropic institutions like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation. Garridon was previously an associate at the GreenLight Fund where he co-managed a $4 million fund to identify needs in health, workforce, recidivism, and education and to scale new social impact organizations in Philadelphia.
