John Love

John Love is a Corporate Attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, transactional tax matters, and general corporate representation. Currently at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP since January 2022, John previously worked at Forrest Firm, P.C. for nearly five years and at Jordan Price Wall Gray Jones & Carlton, PLLC for a decade. John represents a diverse clientele, including investors, entrepreneurs, and closely-held and middle-market companies, while also advising early and growth stage companies on various corporate matters. John holds a Juris Doctorate from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.
