Cody Meschke

Cody Meschke is an experienced engineer currently working at Michaels Energy, an Inc. 5000 Company, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cody served as a Mechanical Engineer at the Center for Energy and Environment from May 2019 to the present and held positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Designer at ISG from May 2014 to April 2019, focusing on the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for buildings. Cody also gained experience as a Teacher's Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities included grading Applied Thermodynamics assignments and assisting first-year students as a Maverick Mentor. Additional experience includes an engineering internship at Tru Vue, supporting a Process Engineer team, and a role as a showroom salesman at Renewal by Andersen. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in 2014, and initially attended Iowa State University from 2009 to 2010.
